U.S. SHIPPING
We offer free ground shipping for orders of $200 or more placed in the U.S. If you would like to receive your order quickly we also offer expedited shipping options. Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We Ship to USA within 7 Business Days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
* Duties and taxes are not included at checkout. Additional fees may be billed when you accept your package, based on the laws and customs of the destination country.
* Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. 
* Shipping charges are non-refundable.
* We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your order has been lost, stolen, damaged, and or held please reach out to: info@msdesignscollection.com to follow the next steps in filing a claim with the shipping carrier for your order.

Returns Policy:

We hope you love your purchase. However, our customer care team is happy to help you make a return.

We have 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@msdesignscollection.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. Once your order has been placed, your order is final and therefore cannot be canceled

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
